      Steven was Featured on the cover of Senior Market Advisor Magazine in 2004 for selling $15 Million of annuity premium and has continued that pattern for 20 straight years! That’s $300 Million of personal sales!

      Prior to launching AIUSA, Steve partnered with industry veteran Mike Dressander, former President of Dressander and Associates in 2004.

      Together, Steve and Mike have personally recruited and trained thousands of agents and changed their lives with innovative marketing, sales, lead and appointment setting strategies.

      Mike brings his 35 years of IMO experience to the team. During his tenure, Mike has been on stage annually with the #2 all time FIA Carrier as a top 5 IMO for Annuity production. In addition, Mike has worked with over 10,000 agents helping them take their businesses to new heights. He’s helped design products and served on the advisory board of several major insurance companies. He’s in tune with the challenges reps face every day and he stands ready to help you succeed.

      With over 20 years in the service industry, Kregg’s wealth of knowledge and experience has proven successful results as a seasoned marketer. Kregg supports marketing objectives, business growth and sales success which are all built on a foundation of trust, loyalty and dedication. Mr. Walisiak’s unique sales concepts, vast product knowledge of both annuity and life insurance and successful product positioning is shared to help agents and advisors achieve their goals.

      Kregg is life insurance licensed, Certified in Social Security Claiming Strategies and in pursuit of the RICP designation thru the American College.


      Business Development Coach

      John has spent 35 years in the financial services industry and has an intimate knowledge of how the markets affect all Financial products. He has a series 7,24, and 57. John’s understanding of all financial products enables him to advise his agents down the right path to maximize their success and interaction with prospects and clients.


      Administrative Director

      As Administrative Director Cheryl serves as a point of contact and link between our internal Business Coaches and our Agent-Partners. Cheryl also assists with our contracting team, vendors, and lead generation firms. She coordinates our commission reports with our 50 plus carrier partners around the Country. And most importantly she handles clerical and administrative duties, analyzes and improves office processes and policies, and ensures Advisors Ignite USA offices operate smoothly.
